Kyle Doyon, a seasoned real estate developer with almost three decades of experience, began his career at 18 by founding his first construction company and swiftly progressed from remodeling to building custom homes. By 22, he had moved to Michigan, where he established a development company, diversifying his portfolio to include custom homes, seller-financed properties, land subdivisions, and commercial properties. By 2014, Kyle managed 15 companies and 150 properties through his property management firm. Transitioning into full-time commercial development, his recent projects include mixed-use developments, retail and office spaces, and contractor suites in Western Michigan and Detroit. In 2022, Kyle relocated to Florida, founding Coast Life Properties LLC to focus on developing workforce housing, aiming to create 5,000 units with an emphasis on sustainability, walkability and community. A devoted Christian and proud father of 4 with his wife Sara, Kyle’s family values and faith significantly influence his commitment to creating meaningful, community-oriented developments.
Chuck holds a FL real estate license, and MLO in FL and MO, & has worked in real estate flipping for over 15 years. Chuck brings extensive experience in coaching, teaching, and leadership from his years in upper management roles within the fitness industry. Renowned for turning around underperforming gym franchises, his innovative strategies and personal discipline earned him national recognition. Transitioning from corporate to entrepreneurial ventures, Chuck served as the COO of a small startup that expanded into a multi-location success story and eventually franchised. Now, as the CFO of a thriving small business, he leverages his skills in real estate, mortgage lending, and project management to enhance a local contracting business he oversees.
Melissa enjoyed a distinguished career as a Registered Nurse specializing in Pediatrics and Vascular Access, amassing over 15 years of experience in leadership, teaching, and research. Transitioning to entrepreneurship with her husband Chuck, she played a pivotal role in optimizing their business operations before passing management to capable hands. Together, they have launched several small businesses, driven by their deep faith and commitment to integrity. Now serving as CEO of a thriving enterprise, Melissa oversees operations with the support of a skilled COO. Before venturing into commercial real estate, she was Assistant Director of a nationwide real estate team. Her journey led her to join Coast Life Companies, where her leadership and entrepreneurial spirit add unique value to the team.
