Kyle Doyon, a seasoned real estate developer with almost three decades of experience, began his career at 18 by founding his first construction company and swiftly progressed from remodeling to building custom homes. At 22, he moved to Michigan, where he established a development company, diversifying his portfolio to include custom homes, seller-financed properties, land subdivisions, and commercial properties. By 2014, Kyle managed 15 companies and 150 properties through his property management firm. Transitioning into full-time commercial development, his projects include mixed-use developments, retail and office spaces, and contractor suites. In 2022, Kyle relocated to Florida. Founding Coast Life Companies LLC, his focus is on developing mixed-use properties featuring workforce housing. He aims to create over 5,000 units, emphasizing affordability for essential workers, live-work environments, and lasting value. A devoted Christian and proud father of 4 with his wife Sara, Kyle’s family values and faith significantly influence his commitment to creating meaningful, community-oriented developments.
Chuck holds a Florida real estate license and MLO in Florida and Missouri and has worked in real estate investing for over 15 years. He brings extensive experience in coaching and teaching, leadership, and finance from years of upper management and COO & CFO roles within the health and fitness industry. Renowned for turning around underperforming gym franchises, his innovative strategies and personal discipline earned him national recognition. Transitioning from corporate to entrepreneurial ventures, Chuck served as the COO of a small startup that expanded into a multi-location success story and eventually franchised. As Fund Manager for Coast Life Companies, Chuck leverages his expertise in organizational leadership, real estate, mortgage lending, and project management. His financial acumen, strategic vision, and leadership excellence are pivotal in CLC’s investment initiatives and partnerships.
Melissa brings a proven operational expertise and leadership track record to Coast Life Companies. With over 15 years as a Registered Nurse specializing in Pediatrics and Vascular Access, she developed leadership, education, and research development skills. Transitioning to entrepreneurship alongside her husband, Chuck, Melissa played a pivotal role in streamlining business operations before transitioning management to capable hands. Driven by their deep faith and entrepreneurial spirits, she and Chuck have launched several successful small businesses. Before joining CLC, Melissa was Assistant Director for a nationwide real estate team. Now serving as the COO at Coast Life Companies, Melissa’s leadership and entrepreneurial experience contribute to the company’s mission and operations.
David has cultivated a 25-year career in construction, real estate development, and sales. Starting while still in college—building custom luxury homes by day and attending classes at night, he advanced at Grosse Pointe Development to oversee substantial projects, including over 1,000 condo units, a hotel, office spaces, shops, a convention center, and a 225-slip marina. After the Great Recession, David founded and ran his own construction company for six years, focusing on high-end renovations and developer consulting. He also spent eight years as a full-time real estate agent, building a referral-based business serving luxury buyers and investors. Beyond his professional life, David’s faith in God, commitment to family, service to others, passion for learning, and unwavering work ethic have shaped his journey. He and his wife Jamie have been happily married for twenty years and have three children.
