Kyle Doyon is a seasoned developer with a remarkable journey in the real estate industry. His entrepreneurial spirit ignited at a young age when he founded his first construction company at just 18 years old. Over the years Kyle’s expertise has evolved from remodeling projects to constructing custom homes, and eventually venturing into real estate investing and development.
At the age of 22, Kyle relocated to Michigan, where he established a new development company. His dedication and vision led him to build a diverse portfolio, including custom homes, seller-financed properties, land subdivisions, and commercial properties, such as warehousing and office buildings. By 2014, Kyle’s entrepreneurial ventures expanded to encompass 15 companies and 150 properties, all managed by his property management firm.
Recognizing new opportunities, Kyle transitioned into full-time commercial development. His projects include mixed-use developments, retail and office spaces, and contractor suites in Western MI, Detroit, and SWFL.
Relocating to Florida in 2022, Kyle seamlessly transferred his real estate expertise to the Sunshine State. He established Coast Life Properties LLC, where he holds his Real Estate Broker’s license. Kyle is currently spearheading the development of mixed-use apartment complexes with an emphasis on workforce housing. Kyle’s goal is to develop over 5,000 units in Florida.
